Standard
For ready to order panels we have standardized the specifications to ensure high quality products that deliver stunning designs and improved longevity.
All Walpix panels unless specified are made using 2.5mm Aluminium, primed & powder-coated both sides and priced according to a 1200 x 2400mm sheet.
- We choose 2.5mm Aluminium as it provides an optimal strength-to-weight ratio for most projects.
- All Walpix panels are primed and powder-coated and include a minimum 10 year warranty for paint integrity and colour retention.
- Are designed for a 1200 x 2400mm sheets, which are readily available.

| Folded edge |
If requesting your panel folded we will fold all 4 sides of the panel to a depth of 25mm. You can request a double fold or a different fold depth. However, keep in mind that this will reduce the overall panel size. Folded panels increase panel strength and rigidity. |

Walpix decorative screens can be customised to suit your specific requirements. We are able to source, supply and build to meet any projects needs.
Material
While aluminium is one of the most versatile materials in the world and is the chosen standard for Walpix designs we also create using other industry metals including: mild steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, zinc, galvanised steel and aluminium composite panel.
Powder-coating
We supply powder-coat colours from both the Interpon and Dulux colour ranges.
For standard powder-coat colours you can download and view the colour charts by clicking Dulux and Interpon. These include a powder warranty for 10 years for film integrity/performance and colour retention.
For Dulux the standard colours include the Duralloy and Precious range.
For Interpon the standard colours include the Excel, Living Series, Vivica, Textura, Anodic and Sable range.
For premium powder-coat colours you can download and view the colour charts by clicking Dulux and Interpon. These include a powder-warranty for 15-25 years for film integrity/performance and colour retention.
For Dulux the premium colours include the Duratec and Electro range.
For Interpon the premium colours include the Futura and Flat Matt range.
Panel sizes and folded edges
Our advanced machinery allows us to cut up to 1500 x 6000mm long sheets. This ensures each project can be manufactured in house for clear visibility in design and end product quality.
We can supply panels to all sizes smaller than 1500 x 6000mm and can include any configuration for the folded edges you need.
