Material

Most of our residential screens are made in aluminium and powder-coated. We use aluminium as it is soft and malleable while still retaining its strength. This allows us to create highly detailed patterns that can be formed to many applications.

Application

Our screen designs can be customised to suit any material or finish. However as each project requirements are unique it is best to discuss with a WALPIX designer your specific needs.

Accredited

All material is supplied and processed in Australia to ISO certifications. Our powder-coating is also applied by approved powder-coaters and are backed by a finish standard guarantee.

Care & warranty

We understand many of our screens will be subject to harsh conditions, therefore each screen is designed and processed with protection and durability in mind. In addition with proper care and maintenance you can enjoy a longer lasting screen. View our care & warranty policy here.

Powder-coating

We powder-coat and apply primer to both sides of our perforated screens. This ensures a beautiful aesthetic and enhanced durability. These finishes come in a range colours, textures and aesthetics. You can choose from both Dulux and Interpon powder-coat colours.

Premium colours from both Dulux and Interpon enjoy an extended warranty of up to 25 years and incur additional costs.

Standard colours

For standard powder-coat colours you can download and view the colour charts by clicking Dulux and Interpon.

For Dulux the standard colours include the Duralloy and Precious range.

For Interpon the standard colours include the Excel, Living Series, Vivica, Textura, Anodic and Sable range.

Premium colours

For premium powder-coat colours you can download and view the colour charts by clicking Dulux and Interpon.

For Dulux the premium colours include the Duratec and Electro range.

For Interpon the premium colours include the Futura and Flat Matt range.
